Senior Leadership team

Lee Bloomberg

Managing Director

Oversees operations and strategic direction. Sets company vision, ensures compliance with regulations, and represents the company to stakeholders.

 

Lee gained registration for Conscientious Care when he was 21 in 2001, and registered a further 3 homes in Liverpool,looking after children with EBD. He had full Operational responsibility for the company, as well as responsibility for implementing a successful growth strategy.

Lee was the driving force behind the organic growth of the business, alongside his father’s property company, who were landlords to Conscientious Care.

After nearly a decade of running Conscientious Care, Lee ran several successful businesses in Europe, before moving back to the UK, firstly providing consultation services to Care providers in growing their provisions, and laterly selling technology-based solutions to Care Providers.

​

Since the advent of COVID-19, Lee has run his own Business Consultancy, advising businesses on Marketing, Sales and Growth strategies, specifically in the Care, Hospitality and Property Sectors.

In 2024, Lee set up RemarkableOutcomes, opening a CommunityHub and Supported Living provision in the North West.

Sean Akins

Property Director

Over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Sean is the Director of a successful construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. For the past seven years, he has also led a thriving property development business, overseeing projects from acquisition and renovation through to completion.

 

Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, Sean has built a reputation for reliability,

efficiency, and consistent results. Now, with his sights set on making a meaningful impact in the care industry, he brings the same passion for growth and innovation to Redefined Care — driving the company forward through strong partnerships and the creation of quality, purpose-driven properties built to last.

Michael Beckett

Finance Director

Over 40 years of finance and operations experience in positions managing up to £1.5B of revenue with global responsibility (37 years in tier 1 automotive manufacturing and 5 years in the industrial real estate industry, mainly as CFO of a Belgium-based developer with assets in South East Europe). Accomplished  Finance Vice President and COO in both listed and private equity environments. CFO Mid Cap private construction/development company. M&A buy/integration and sell experience. Significant distress/ bankruptcy/ turnaround experience. Track record of growing stakeholder value, providing superior ROI in multi-billion-dollar global manufacturing businesses. Building world-class processes and continually improving organisational capability that consistently delivers market-leading customer service, product quality and financial performance. An engaging style of stakeholder management. Semi-retired.

 

Entering the care environment as a co-investor with responsibility for operational finance, bank relationships and insurance.
